2A List is a free classifieds site for legal firearm owners: local buy, sell and trade listings, a directory of licensed dealers, and an ammunition price comparison. Listings are free and stay free. Sponsors and retailer partners are how the site pays for itself.
Sponsors
A small number of banner spots, shown to people who are actively shopping. Founding sponsors lock their rate for a year while traffic grows, and get real numbers every month.
Ammo retailers
Send us a product feed and your in-stock ammunition appears on our caliber pages, sorted by cost per round. Listing is free. We accept the feed format you already send to other ammo search sites.
Licensed dealers
A free profile in the dealer directory, where private buyers and sellers look for someone to handle a transfer. We check every license before a dealer is shown.

Banners rotate among a handful of sponsors, so nobody gets buried. We count every time a banner is shown and every click, and you get those numbers monthly.
The rules we keep
- Money never changes the order of anything. Ammo prices are sorted by cost per round only, and listings by what the visitor searched for. See our affiliate disclosure.
- Ads look like ads and are labelled as ads.
- We do not run ads for anything on our prohibited items list, and we can decline any ad.
- We do not sell or share member data with advertisers.
